School Administrator Free from Chronic Hip Pain with the Help of Dr. Hergan and MOSA

I am delighted to share my experience as a patient of Dr. Hergan. My journey with Dr. Hergan began when I started having trouble getting up after prolonged periods of sitting, whether it was at my desk or during car rides. It was frustrating, but I had known about my torn labrum for some time. However, it wasn’t until last year that the pain became unbearable. 

From the moment I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Hergan, I felt informed and prepared for the surgery. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and wanted to ensure that I was a good candidate for the procedure. I felt confident in his expertise, and this made the decision to move forward with surgery much easier. 

My surgery, a hip arthroscopy with labral repair, was done in an outpatient setting, and the entire experience was incredible. The staff was amazing throughout the entire process. To my surprise, I even discovered that one of the front desk employees at Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates was a former first-grade student of mine, adding a personal touch to the entire journey. 

Following the surgery, I underwent physical therapy to aid in my recovery, and the progress was remarkable. Now, one year after my surgery, I can proudly say that I feel 100% and no longer experience any pain. Dr. Hergan’s skill and the support of the MOSA team truly transformed my life. 

What impressed me about Dr. Hergan was his dedication to his patients. When my 15-year-old daughter began experiencing pain in her chest, he quickly got her in for an evaluation. It turned out that she had thoracic outlet syndrome, a notoriously challenging condition to diagnose. Dr. Hergan went above and beyond. 

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Hergan and the entire team at MOSA for their expertise, care, and compassion. Thanks to them, I am pain-free and able to enjoy life to the fullest. Dr. Hergan’s commitment to his patients is truly commendable, and I can’t recommend him and the MOSA team enough.
