Leading Orthopedic Practice Expands in Hartford County
Newington, CT, April 1, 2024 – Today, Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates (MOSA) opened its newest location in Newington, CT. Located at 505 Willard Avenue, this new facility brings high-quality orthopedic care to the Hartford and West Hartford communities.
MOSA physicians provide the full spectrum of orthopedic care including both surgical and non-surgical treatment options. They are the premier practice in Central Connecticut for treating athletic injuries and other conditions that can cause orthopedic pain. MOSA is the recent merger of Middlesex Orthopedic Surgeons and Orthopedic Associates of Middletown.
“I am excited to bring my comprehensive orthopedic sports practice to the greater Hartford area. The reason I come to work each day is to help people restore function and improve their quality of life through both non-operative and operative care,” said Michael A. Kuhn, MD, sports medicine and shoulder and knee replacement surgeon at MOSA. “The Newington office is convenient for our existing Hartford-based patients and is next door to outstanding physical therapy services.”
Surgeons practicing at this location are sub-specialized in foot and ankle, hand and upper extremity, hip and knee replacement, orthopedic oncology, spine surgery and sports medicine. The facility is equipped with an x-ray machine offering the convenience of onsite imaging for patients who need it.
